My husband has been buying cars from the Findlay family for over 25 year due to the family feeling we receive when you enter a Findlay dealership. Boy did we get the upgrade, for just $25.00 more a month we moved into a 2013 that has so much more then our 2011 ever had. We were not pressured at all. This was the best buying experience we've ever encountered, no hassling over what we wanted to pay, etc in order to get the best deal for the dealership. Ron Cardenas was the first person that we talked to concerning a corvette. I had placed a request on AutoTrader.com for a trade-in offer on our 1995 Corvette. We did not put our phone number on the r concerning a corvette. I had placed a request on AutoTrader.com for a trade-in offer on our 1995 Corvette. We did not put our phone number on the request, but some how Ron got our phone number. When he originally called, we were discussing another corvette, but it was sold before we could see it. So Ron contacted us again to tell us about the 2008 Callaway Corvette convertible that your dealership had just gotten in. We had never even heard of a Callaway Corvette and we didn't really want a convertible, but Ron explained what a Callaway was and why it was such an exclusive car. He said that the salesman, DJ Jeffers would even drive it out to our house to see it. Ron sent 18 pictures of the car and said, " Just look at the pictures....I think you'll change your mind". Upon seeing pictures, we did indeed change our thoughts about convertibles and decided to drive to Las Vegas that evening to see the car. So glad we made the trip! That is when we met DJ Jeffers. DJ was very knowledgable of the Callaway Corvette. He was professional at all times, as well as very friendly. He spent a lot of time explaining the car and its working before we decided to purchase the car. We felt extremely comfortable talking with him about the purchase. He explained everything in detail to us. We were very pleased to know that the car would be getting new tires and a new windshield. When we told DJ that we wanted Michelin tires...that's what we got, no problem. While waiting to speak with Frank Ryan about all of the required paperwork, DJ sat and talked with us for about 30 minutes talking like a family friend. He is so personable! Frank Ryan took care of us concering the financing of the car. He also, was very knowledgable and took the extra time to explain all of the paperwork and the warranty options to us. He even had to stay late to finish our paperwork. He insured us that he had to do that a lot, but we still appreciated it. We were to pick up the car 2 days later on Friday, March 22. The service department did an excellent job getting the car ready for us with the installation of the new windshield and new tires. While doing the safety inspection, it was determined that the car needed new brake pads and rotors, as well. When we came to pick up the car, two men from the service department came out to make sure we understood about how to care for the new windshield until it had set. DJ had already explained, but it was very professional of them to come out, also. DJ again took great care to explain all of the computerized workings of the dash (including the personalization), the navigation system, the OnStar (we got setup), all of the manual backups on the car in case the battery goes dead, how to put the convertible top down and up (explaining to make sure that nothing is blocking the folded top in the trunk). By the time DJ finished, I felt confident that I could drive out of the parking lot on my own...... without taking flight! Everyone that we had any contact with at Findlay's Chevrolet was very friendly, knowledgable, and professional. Everyone went "the extra mile" for us!
