I began my search for a new car just over one year ago. When I began the search, a million ideas flew through my mind. Price, environment, used, new, foreign, domestic, but I stumbled upon the Chevy Volt w When I began the search, a million ideas flew through my mind. Price, environment, used, new, foreign, domestic, but I stumbled upon the Chevy Volt which brought me to Findlay Chevrolet. I first spoke with Alex Ventre while he was with Findlay Chevrolet and first test drove the Volt with him. I was looking to buy fairly quickly and at that time I felt that I was not ready for the financial commitment of the Volt. The cars were also very limited in availability and I decided to wait. A lot of time passed and I checked out many many used cars before I received notice by email that the Chevy Volt would soon be available for a lease option. This idea worked well with my plans for a new car so I left a message for Alex on his cell phone. Before I continue I must say that one of my favorite aspects of working with this Dealer is that everyone I spoke with gave me their personal numbers and every time I contacted them, even if they were at home or on vacation, they gave me their time to help me achieve my goal of car ownership. Alex no longer worked with Chevrolet, however, he placed me in the very capable hands of Scott Nicolari. Scott greeted me at Findlay Chevrolet, enthusiastically and professionally. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle I was interested in as well as the particular stock available at Findlay. The most important quality to me that I saw in Scott was his uncanny and intuitive ability to listen to me, what I wanted in a car, what I wanted to spend on a car and juggle those ideas to put me into the car i wanted as quickly as possIble. He was very frank with me which also went a long way in gaining my trust. When I walked into Findlay Chevrolet last Saturday I believed that I was just going in to look at incoming stock for the following week, but Scott was able to put me into a Volt on the same day! I am so happy with my new car and the ease of the entire process, that I look forward to buying another car from Scott Nicolari as soon as possible. Last but not least, I must commend Matt Pesce the finance manager who helped me complete the process. He was not pushy at all when it came to my payment options and made me a great deal on a service package that will ensure I have my Volt as good as new for as long as possible. He made the toughest and most time consuming aspect of buying a car go quickly and painlessly. Anyone taking the time to read my lengthy review, be assured that you will be 100 percent satisfied if you find yourself with this wonderful crew. I just want people to know how amazing Findlay Chevrolet is. My car broke down on the side of the freeway near thier dealership. Then had them tow my car to thier service department while he drove me himself. When I arrived they the had the serive guys waiting for me and even had a rental car ready for me. Best experience weve ever had buying a car. Came in for a used car but left with a brand new Malibu.
