Brittney Rocks! I purchased over the internet and Brittney was fantastic. I loved not doing the back and forth negotiations which are so loathsome! The finance department had some issues, but in the end we worked them out (that is my reason for 4 stars). I would suggest preapprovals or at least researching rates prior to buying. More
