Never have I dealt with such an unprofessional dealership before… you cannot trust them as far as you can throw them. I have purchased cars remotely for over 15 years with great ease and success. They had an pre-owned car that I was very interested in and as a result of us agreeing to a final price I was making arrangements for shipping of the car. I dealt with an incompetent rep named Robert whose laziness created a chain reaction of misfortune and headaches on my part. Then, to try to remedy that, I had to deal with a manager named Trent who agreed to the abhorrent handing of my deal and called out Robert’s subpar performance. He said he was meeting with the GM and the owner shortly to go over my situation and to come up with a viable solution and promised to call me right back afterwards. However I’ve now spent two days trying to just get in touch with him but he hasn’t returned any of my multiple calls/messages, which speaks volumes about his character and/or cowardliness. Stay far away from this dealership unless you want to risk major frustration with a complete lack of accountability or empathy, More

​My wife and I have been in the market for a new vehicle for over two months, and the process has been much more difficult than it should be. Before arriving at Findlay Toyota Spokane on Monday morning, we for over two months, and the process has been much more difficult than it should be. Before arriving at Findlay Toyota Spokane on Monday morning, we dealt with no less than seven other salesmen at different lots. The experiences were frustrating, to say the least—some blew us off entirely, others had no clue about their own available inventory, and several just came off as desperate. ​That all changed the moment we met Cody Pickar-Eakle. He greeted us with a genuine smile and a sincere "how can I help you today?" We were there to drive the TRD Pro and look at the Land Cruiser on the showroom floor. Cody’s knowledge of the inventory was awesome; he was transparent and efficient, and if he didn't have an immediate answer, he was quick to get it. ​Most importantly, he never gave off that "salesman ick" vibe. He gave us the necessary space to chat without hovering, while still making sure we were comfortable with the vehicle and the deal. Once we struck an agreement, he got us in touch with Matt to finish the finance portion, who also did a great job. ​If Cody keeps up this level of professionalism, he is going to go very far in the auto industry.
