Richard Skordas,the finance director who completed all the paperwork was extremely fast and had us out of his office in less than 15 minutes! The only disappointing aspect was the "Wizard"around the corner that our salesman had to take the paper work to in order to agree on the price. This person was EXTREMELY SLOW. This portion took over an hour which was very frustrating and unnecessary. The first price he gave us was the sticker price. Who pays sticker price? More

Quick and great service I was in for an oil change August 2nd with a 4 pm appointment time. While my service adviser was busy with another client, the other service adviser I was in for an oil change August 2nd with a 4 pm appointment time. While my service adviser was busy with another client, the other service adviser quickly checked me in and I went into the waiting room. Expecting to wait 90 minutes as that seems to be a typical wait time when I have had a 7:30 am appointment to my surprise 45 minutes later my vehicle had the oil changed, tires rotated and a car wash. This is the best service I have received to date and I have been coming to this dealership since they were Downtown Toyota. Thanks so much! More
