I was told about "the deal" on one of them, and I was impressed. The next week I brought my kids up to hear about the Terrain I was looking at. They had researched it before we went the second time. They insisted I try some other dealerships, which I did. There was no comparison in the professionalism and helpfulness of the GMC/Buick team. Even though I really liked another car elsewhere, there was no comparison in the courtesy and promptness with which we were treated.
