A sincere dealership - really! We live in Phoenix and find the pounce on the customer approach by local sales people to be offensive. During a short trip to Prescott finding cooler temps, we decided to look for a used vehicle. We happened upon Findlay GMC. They were genuine people, who do not pounce for the kill. Mike Collins in particular listened to our needs and preferences. He is both professional and personable. Once he found our vehicle Mike Bennett took us in. Again, a genuine person. Today we returned for a few items and found we were out of there in 15 minutes. These people know their business and are sincere!!! More
