The finance end could have been a bit better. Johnny was very nice and professional and just doing his job I suppose but we have excellent credit and put a large down but we didn't feel like the final interest rate was the best to be found. Also - there are costly adds-ons when getting to the finance table - warranties, protection plans etc that didn't seem negotiable at all but added substantial cost to the over all deal.
