I drove up into the service lane. Crystal met and greeted my, she quickly took the mileage and a few pictures and she offered a complementary car wash to which I said, Yes. We went in Crystal met and greeted my, she quickly took the mileage and a few pictures and she offered a complementary car wash to which I said, Yes. We went inside to write up the order. Everything went smoothly. She estimated one hour to one in a half hours for the service. She came out shortly after an hour and said my car was ready. I took some time to shop and found a white coffee mug I liked but forgot to get it on the way out. After she showed me to my car I turned it on and noticed the service indicater message was not updated. I went back in to ask Crystal if she could help and she hopped right in and reset it in seconds. All in all it was g great experience. More
