They did not accept that we had decided not to put on new tires, and continue to pester about that. They had no tips on why the updated maps in our car often cannot reach the internet, thus rendering the map tires, and continue to pester about that. The Hyundai service department and Guillermo our service rep, was spot on and even early when I showed up at 7:30 am instead of my scheduled 8:00 am appointment.
