Chrystal and Guillermo were outstanding because they are so friendly and informative which is HELPFUL and CARING. Without these elements, SERVICE CAN BE SEEN AS “NEGLIGENT.” And the work was good as far so friendly and informative which is HELPFUL and CARING. I make it habit to look at cars during the time the maintenance takes, and Parker was there to sell. I didn’t need a new car, but he told me ALL about the new models…and I was so tempted, but I have to be practical. I’m just an average consumer…and below the average median annual income.
