I love having my Hyundai Palisade serviced at Prescott Hyundai. Grant at the Service Dept is great (and so is Nico) and the service is great. It feels like home for me! I had a two hour service scheduled Hyundai. Grant at the Service Dept is great (and so is Nico) and the service is great. It feels like home for me! I had a two hour service scheduled and planned to relax on location with my iPad. I had made a comment to Nico that "Oh no! I had left my iPad at home". It was within ten minutes after that that I was offered a ride home by John the Hyundai Shuttle driver for me to get my iPad. I very much appreciated this, as I hadn't asked for this. I can't imagine anyone having any complaints about the Service Dept at this dealership. More
