He advised me this was under warranty and scheduled service. When I brought the door problem to the attention of the selling dealer (Cottonwood Hyundai) they told me that I bought the car "AS IS" and they would not help me. Rudely. Glad not ALL Hyundai dealerships aren't like that. Looking forward to a great relationship with Prescott Findlay Hyundai. More

Took our 2023 Hyundai in for service. Grant was prompt for our appointment and asked about any concerns we might have, Although we had planned to wait for the service, upon inspection th Grant was prompt for our appointment and asked about any concerns we might have, Although we had planned to wait for the service, upon inspection the mechanic discovered some additional work needed to be done, and they needed to keep the car overnight. It was all explained to us, and a very nice, courteous shuttle driver took us home. When we came in to pick up our car it was all ready for us. Grant & Nathan went through the intire service order with us. We love our car & very happy with the dealership. More
