Firstly our car said it was time for service but when my wife went in she was told it wasn’t due. We get 3 years 36k miles service as part of the purchase but it’s like pulling teeth to use it. I worked with Eric Foos for the sale and was very happy with the process. During the financial process I felt I was a little pressured to go with add On's. I went with the windshield ceramic coating. I was able to watch the process which was a matter of spraying on the ceramic from a can and buffed off with a rag 2 or 3 times. I don't feal that was worth a charge of over $600. More

I ended up not buying or leasing a car but Findlay Hyundai Prescott was the only dealer of the three Flagstaff area dealers I contacted that was able to actually get me leasing information. The other Hyundai Prescott was the only dealer of the three Flagstaff area dealers I contacted that was able to actually get me leasing information. The other two local Hyundai dealers were more interested in getting my into their sales funnels than actually answering questions.
