Bought my 2020 sportage here and thought I had certain features like blind spot and I don't. They have no clue on any of their cars ans their features. Salesperson named Bill also got very frustrated with features like blind spot and I don't. They have no clue on any of their cars ans their features. Salesperson named Bill also got very frustrated with us because we wanted blue. He made me feel pressured to buy a car. It took them 3 weeks to send my free lojack email/text because they inputed it wrong though we corrected it before going into the financial office, then again while signing papers and then 3 more times on the phone. They also lied and said they sent an email multiple times and I've checked spam and my trash just in case and there was nothing. They said they'd send my green slip through the mail so I dont have to drive 60 miles and they didnt do it. We called and it was emailed that day with the lojack that they said they emailed before and didn't. They will not call you back even when they promise to. You have to always call them. They cost more then Towbin Kia by a few thousands. We picked Findlay Kia since it was closer to my brothers and now we regret it immensely. If I could I'd go somewhere in a heartbeat and recommend you all do the same. I have filed a formal complaint against them with Kia Motors also. Please support other businesses that actually care about their customers. More
