Sales dept is "good" but get all the numbers in writing. (APR and Money factor on a lease) Carlos Aquino the Service manager is terrible! After waiting six weeks to get a call back from him on a part for a (APR and Money factor on a lease) Carlos Aquino the Service manager is terrible! After waiting six weeks to get a call back from him on a part for a power seat, it took me to call them back. Upon calling they said there was no order for the part! What!? Carlos was unapologetic and said the "system" was to blame. Rescheduled, and 2 weeks later they got the part for the power seat. 8am appt and Carlos gave me a loaner car and asked me would I like to tires rotated and anything else looked at? I said yes and for them to check the wireless charger. Waited ALL day, NO call. I call them 5pm, Carlos asks me if I would like to leave the car there overnight for a part to come in for the "wireless" charger since I have a loaner vehicle.. I said "no that's ok its not a priority, I want my car back since the power seat is fixed, I'll come pick it up. He replies "oh we have not fixed that yet, we been working on the wireless charger" Unbelievable!!! 9 hours to look at a secondary passive issue and not work on the priority reason why I brought the car in in the first place, that's been going on for close to 3 months?! Tires still not rotated and the charger worked fine once I got my car back. How can you trust someone like this!? Haven't been back. More

I called the Customer service manager in advance to tell him about the issue that I had and he personally took charge to make sure that my car was repaired promptly and thoroughly. I really appreciate the person that checked me in and out as well she was wonderful and the mechanic really wanted to make sure that I understood my car so he gave me some tips if I ever were in a situation where my battery stopped working for my key fob battery stopped working and I really appreciated that. More
