I wasn't kept waiting for hours and hours! I wasn't sure which vehicle I wanted. I was torn between the Kia Soul and Kia Forte 5 door. CJ was very patient and allowed me to test drive three veh I wasn't sure which vehicle I wanted. I was torn between the Kia Soul and Kia Forte 5 door. CJ was very patient and allowed me to test drive three vehicles. I was using the USAA car buying service and expected to get some reason why they could'nt take off the amount listed on the certificate. I wasn't given any excuses. CJ took the certificate and in very little time we settled on a deal. It was different than my pas experiences buying cars. I never felt pressured and didn't feel like I was getting worked over in any way. I would recommend Findlay Kia if you are in the market for a car and want a good customer service experience. More
