Mislead Don't Waste Your Time I have gave this Finley location a 1 rating because they misrepresented the facts. Win i came in I spoke with one sales rep James who did not show any enthusiasm about helping me since I was waiting on down payment money and he could not close the deal that night. Pushed me off on someone else that did nothing but ask for information they clearly didnt use. Then the finance Manager Chad flat out lied about the bank approve and neglected to inform that the "so called approval was for a used car" not the car I was shown and had numerous conversations about. The whole experience was a big waste of time. The same bank thef y claimed would only give me enough for a used car gave me what i wanted and financed a new car with a different dealership. More
