All dealership employees were capable, friendly and courteous. The new Rx 350 vehicle was ready for delivery when I arrived; the vehicle was in immaculate condition. Kim had completed all required paperwork before we had finished walking thru the operation of the vehicle . The purpose of each form was explained. The benefits of each available after sale optional equipment/ service item was thoroughly explained with no undue pressure to buy any of the items not desired.
