Paid for two new OEM rims. Over 1400+/ each. One of the newly replaced rims was already chipped and scratched before I even picked up the car. I informed the service consultant Over 1400+/ each. I informed the service consultant immediately while I was at the center, but they said they needed to report the issue to Lincoln for a solution. They asked me to wait two business days to find out if they could replace the rim. At this point, I am quite frustrated because I paid for new rims, including both the material and labor. I expected them to install rims without any defects. I later noticed that the rim logo caps were also missing. As you can see, whoever worked on my car did a sloppy job replacing the rims. I’m not sure if I’m the only one who has experienced this level of service, but I’m not satisfied with the quality of work. More

I had gotten a brand new engine put in from Findley Lincoln and was shocked. My engine light came on. I had received a brand new battery. Last oil changed a couple months ago so I was really scared. I brought my car into Findley Lincoln after I received a jump, they checked the engine check the battery And gave me a nice car wash. The engine was fine, the battery was defective. They replaced my battery with a new warranty and I was so happy there was nothing wrong with the engine. Thank you, Lincoln Findley, you’ve always taken care of my car with great service More
