Totally unorganized and chaotic. What should have been a simple easy transaction was miserable and frustrating. Financial lady took 2 hours to print forms wasting tons of paper and my time. Paperwork should have been printed before I arrived as they knew I would be back at a set time. Craig was very pleasant. Damage to the tint on front windshield was covered by sales stickers and not revealed under after I signed car was as is. Kind of shady if you ask me. I was told all recalls were completed and I signed that they were but according to Jeep recall is still open. All in all, I had a better experience at Findlay Chevrolet 4 years ago. More

The service department at the dealership never returns phone calls. I waited two months for parts needed to get my car serviced and I was the one calling the dealership and asking if the parts are in. Ev phone calls. I waited two months for parts needed to get my car serviced and I was the one calling the dealership and asking if the parts are in. Every time I talked to someone at service department they said they would call and of course no one ever calls. Poor service is the reason why I will not buy another Lincoln car. More
