We had a very pleasant experience with all of the people at this dealership. This is the second time I have used them. Mark the manager was especially kind and pleasant to converse with and all in all very little time was wasted. There was no pressure to buy the first day we went in and we felt very comfortable leaving and continuing the process the following day. Amir, in Finance was also very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Our car was cleaned and ready to go by the time we had signed and sealed the deal. As much angst as this particular process can produce was pretty much not an issue with this transaction. Thank you to all those involved. More

Overall Brandon did a good job except for one major detail. We agreed on a lease monthly price very similar to my previous payment. Except, it was cut from 3 years (previous lease) to 2 years (to get t detail. We agreed on a lease monthly price very similar to my previous payment. After having a not so great experience at Cardinale Way Mazda Las Vegas, it was so amazing to be treated exactly the way you expect/want to be treated as a potential car buyer at Findlay Mazda. I thought t Mazda Las Vegas, it was so amazing to be treated exactly the way you expect/want to be treated as a potential car buyer at Findlay Mazda. I thought the dealership was open till 9pm when I called at 7:30pm to confirm they still had the car I wanted in stock. Paul Burcham made me aware they close at 8pm but said they would stay open for me!! He and two other amazing workers did just that, and I left that night in the car of my dreams. They truly went above and beyond for me and made me a loyal customer for life. And even though he was there past closing, Paul still took the time to make sure I had important vehicle settings set up and knew what my new car could do! I really wanted a 2022 version of my vehicle. Second, although I was quoted a specific amount for the monthly payment, it increased to $366 during financing because of the essential package. I did not save as much as I wanted to. More
