My vehicle sustained left rear tire damage due to road hazard. This tire was covered under my warranty. Due to the age of the tires, I purchased the other three to have four new tires. I had the vehicle towed to Findlay Mazda Friday afternoon. I was told it would be ready for pick up Saturday afternoon. Saturday afternoon I received a phone call from Seth Bybee, my service advisor, that the tires were in Las Vegas but could not be delivered due to delivery truck mechanical issues. I would be without this vehicle until Monday. Findlay Mazda should have sent someone to pick up the tires. Instead, I was without this vehicle for four days, for four tires. The vehicle pick up Monday was fine, just two days late. More
