Henderson Nissan had my Rogue for 9 days and couldn't find parts for it. After leaving my windows down, presumably for all 9 days, my car was infested with spiders and bird poop. I felt like another number being rushed through and processed. I was told from diagnostic that my transmission fluid needed to be changed even though the transmission was replaced recently. Also they tried to charge over $100 for a cabin filtet change, which I was told was dirty but I just replaced it elsewhere. They missed the bail in my rear tire and over inflated my tires..should I say more. More

Pulled into the bay area, earlier than our appointment was scheduled. The lady came out in seconds to greet us and see what we were there for. She directed us inside to our service writer Chris. We told h was scheduled. The lady came out in seconds to greet us and see what we were there for. She directed us inside to our service writer Chris. We told him about our issue we'd been having, and bringing it in to the other Nissan dealership for months now. He said they would take care of it, and let us know when it would be ready. The communication was great. Got an email with all of the details of the issue, prices, and within that hour, he messaged that it was ready for pickup! All in all from start to finish, it was a simple, smooth an easy experience, this time around. Definitely highly satisfied with this experience, and will be back to this location for all future maintenance, on both of our Nissan's. Thank you Chris & Team!! More
