No xx, easy and to the point Starting in November 2017 I was looking for a Tacoma Pro. I went to the two dealerships near me then called and emailed probably 15 other dealerships Starting in November 2017 I was looking for a Tacoma Pro. I went to the two dealerships near me then called and emailed probably 15 other dealerships no one could find the truck I wanted they all jerked me around tried to become my "buddy" and sell me on something I didn't want. I specifically asked for a white manual Tacoma pro and all these other dealerships wasted my time and again tried to sell me anything else. I emailed Prescott Findlay Toyota got in touch with Robby who was the first to not jerk me around or waste my time trying to become my friend. He got to work and in about a month got my truck in. Then Kyle stepped in to help finalize the process. Very professional, friendly and easy to work with. He was thorough and always kept me posted on the progress of my purchase. Everyone else told me that truck doesn't exist or isn't able to find it or get it and what about a blue one or an automatic one Roby and Kyle didn't have any excuses or hang ups they just said we'll get it and they did. Really pleased with the whole process and for making this a fun efficient purchase. If I ever get another vehicle I'll make it a point to come back here and I'll absolutely refer anyone I know to Kyle at Findlay. More
