Great Experience at Findlay Toyota , Prescott ,az About Every 7 years we look for a new car---we went back for another Toyota, and the closest was the old Tims Toyota, now Findlay. We have experienced the certified program and were interested again. Our last car was a 2007 Highlander, bought in 2010 under the certified used program. That was great. I called and asked the operator to give me a mature salesman-not a gimmicky person. I was connected to Ernie . I described a car my wife saw and we discussed it- thinking we might like a bigger car-- the 4runner- We came in that eve and met Ernie Cardenas. He was the picture of helpful: answered questions--no smart xxx or hype or 2nd grade psychology--just pretty darn real. Through t he next hours, we drove and discussed the 4runner, Tacoma, and highlanders. In the end the new highlander fit the bill. This dealership does not work on commissions per se--soo the personnel ALL were very service oriented as opposed to high pressure and smoke and mirrors. I would suggest this dealership and Ernie in particular. We also met one of the nicest and most thorough and friendly business managers---Mark Johnson. All in all a pleasant experience and a whole lot of new car WITH support. I feel better about this car purchase than any ever ( except my first new Camaro I ordered custom back in 1979 when I was about 8 or 9) "--) oops , I digress........ This is only the second one of these recommendations I 've done in positive fashion in maybe 30 years.....in fact I usually don't waste my time doing one. So Ernie, thank you from me in that you made my wife a happy driver !!! And to Casey and Mark for keeping the lamps lit late to get er done !! More

Great people, Great customer service, Great price! I just purchased a 2018 Toyota Camry XLE V6 from Findlay. Christina Wilcox, internet sales director, was nothing short of fantastic to work with. Sh I just purchased a 2018 Toyota Camry XLE V6 from Findlay. Christina Wilcox, internet sales director, was nothing short of fantastic to work with. She was courteous, professional, not once did she even remotely attempt to apply pressure and made the entire buying process easy. This was no small feat when you take into account that I live and work in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Not only was customer service spot on, so was the price of the vehicle. I attempted to work with just about every dealer in Phoenix but, Findlay made it worth it to travel to Prescott and take delivery. As a side note, they also offered to deliver the vehicle to me! Kyle was great as well. He introduced us to the vehicle, answered all questions. He quickly took care of the requests that we made and did so extremely quickly and professionally. Do yourself a favor, if you are looking for a vehicle, include Findlay on your short list of people to work with, you won't regret it. Mark Ptashkin More

Alan was extremely friendly and helpful with finding the perfect hybrid car for me. He even drove over the different hybrid cars from across the lot so I could compare all the models side by side. He thoroughly explained the different features of each car and was very helpful with answering all of my questions. I felt like Alan had my back and best interest at heart and was definitely not trying to push me into buying anything. Once I found the perfect car, the purchasing experience went very smoothly. Alan spent extra time going over every single feature of the car with me to make sure I understood what every button did and understood every feature on the touchscreen display.
