He actively listened to what we needed and stayed engaged with us even though he was training someone. We told him what we want where our budget was and the first vehicle he pulled up was everything my wife wanted and needed. There was some back and forth as far as negotiating but it was almost fun. We didn't feel pressured to buy which is a huge change for us. In the future we will continue to do business with Findlay Prescott. More

You will also save on the sales tax rate much better than flagstaff and Prescott. The sales person that contacted me after I built and priced a 2018 TRD Pro was Ernie Cardenas in the New Car Sales Dept. After his initial contact with me by email I sent him 2 other emails with questions and also followed up with 2 phone calls and I never ever heard from him again? In reality he promised something he could not deliver and it was easier not to call me back thinking that I would just go away. All these issues happened approx 12/30/17 and today is 1/23/18 and I still haven;t heard back from the New Car Sales Manager. I guess Robby also thinks I'll just go away.I purchased a new Tacoma and a Camry from a Phoenix Dealer and saved a ton of money. I can't stress to let all you folks know is to only go to Phoenix to purchase your new or used Toyota. Go online and search which Toyota Dealer has the lowest Sales Tax and then work your deal from there. Don't be concerned about walking out the door if that Dealer can't satisfy your needs each Dealer is different and some really need to make a deal happen, Most important take that trip to Phoenix and don't even think about working with Findlay Toyota Prescott you''ll just be wasting your Time, BTW Chandler has the lowest Sales Tax. More
