I made an appointment, bur that was irrelevant. It's 1st come, 1st served. The service writers are worthless. Their job seems to be deflect & ignore. Jamie was friendly and respectful with my questions that I had. My complaint I have is the driver side floor had the staff shoe prints, black smudges on the door, door handle, steering wheel and the front I had. Brandon my service advisor was absolutely amazing and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. On the other hand Remington who lied to me pretending to be a service advisor and was trying to sell me a new ve extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
