We just had our 2019 Toyota Rav4 serviced (brake fluid change and wheel alignment) and the experience was great as usual. Our service advisor, Matt Stanley, continues to provide awesome service (provided change and wheel alignment) and the experience was great as usual. Our vehicle was completed and washed and delivered at the exact time that was promised. We have been doing business with this dealer for six years (leased two vehicles and purchased the last one) and our experience has always been five stars! We will continue to do business with this dealership for service and future sales or leases. Also, the facility is very spacious and always clean and they provide complimentary coffee (with several choices). Out of all the dealerships we have dealt with over the years this dealership is top notch! More

My husband and I recently relocated to Henderson from rural northern Nevada. After finally purchasing a home, we found our 2018 4 Runner was overdue for its 60K maintenance. Elijah Simmons in Service met me at my truck and was very pleasant to talk with. He explained why my 4 Runner needed each service and answered all my questions in a very friendly manner. My vehicle was ready when he promised and is running great! Because the service was going to take several hours, Elijah arranged for an Uber to take me home and pick me up to return me to the dealership when my truck was ready. The waiting area at Findlay is beautiful and well-stocked with beverages, but it was nice to be able to complete some chores while my vehicle was being serviced. More

Went to leave on errand and appointments when my RAV4 had a dead battery and wouldn't start or accept charging. Car was towed into dealer about 12:30 and was repaired and maintenance perform to be ready by 4 a dead battery and wouldn't start or accept charging. I have never been to Finley Toyota I walked up to a service manager named Justin Michaela and explained my problem and that man jumped right in and said he would do the best he can. He always kept in t service manager named Justin Michaela and explained my problem and that man jumped right in and said he would do the best he can. He always kept in touch with me and had the most professional service that I could ask for. He gave me an option and it was too expensive and he did everything he could to help me which in the end solve my problem. What I can say is if anybody needs a service advisor Justin is the man to see I will recommend him highly he’s the best. I also talk to his manager Brian and told him what a great job he did.
