I got the usual great service that Findlay Toyota provides. And this time, I used the Valet service, where they pick up and drop off your vehicle at your preference, which was at my place of employme provides. And this time, I used the Valet service, where they pick up and drop off your vehicle at your preference, which was at my place of employment. Saves the time and hassle of going to the dealership, and waiting for your vehicle, for your repair or routine services. This is a feature, that I will use again. More

Looks like everything I asked for was done, most of which were fluid exchanges added to a basic service. So I have to say that they did exactly what I requested at the price agreed on. The stuff they recommended I have done were things I already knew about so they weren't trying to unfairly upcharge me. YMMV, but I think that except for the inflated labor charges that all dealers hit you with, they are at least honest about what they do. More

The service department was friendly but I was not told anything about how the service went, what was done or if there were any issues. When I picked up my car I was just told to go to the cashier and pick anything about how the service went, what was done or if there were any issues. Also, when doing this review I looked at your inventory on line because I am thinking about trading my car in for a new one. I was disappointed to see "call for price" on your vehicles. This just made me suspicious about your tactics and made me decide to check out other dealers. More
