This is directed at the "Collision Center" branch of Finnegan dealerships as a whole and not the mechanical repair service center. Repairs made using [Headlight Assembly] substandard parts, overlooke Finnegan dealerships as a whole and not the mechanical repair service center. Repairs made using [Headlight Assembly] substandard parts, overlooked cracked battery on estimate and damage to the battery tray, post and local sheet metal to the battery] as well as dangerous driving at night is the after effect. Charged for headlight adjustment never even performed [Defective Headlight Assembly] Tried to get results 4 times, no actions taken so my usually positive and posted reviews of Finnegan Brothers Chevrolet, GMC, Buick are taking a turn for the worst. I will stop using this dealership where I have purchased cars and had repairs made and family has as well in fact I just missed preventing my Son in law and Daughter from buying a Silverado PU Truck there during the time this has been attempted to be remedied but all in all I won't be buying anything, that is a promise.
