Well The salesman was great & the process initially seemed easy. Then, when we got there, they had taken the Michelin Tires off the car & replaced them with cheap tires. They didn’t mail my title & pap seemed easy. Then, when we got there, they had taken the Michelin Tires off the car & replaced them with cheap tires. They didn’t mail my title & paperwork to the DMV until about 17 days after I purchased the car. That is an issue because you only get 20 days before you owe a late fee. Also they didn’t mail all required paperwork so that cost another day. The day before my paperwork arrived at the local DMV, my tag expired. LAST, I specifically requested the title say OR not AND. When it arrived at the DMV, it said AND. Overall the sales experience was good & the salesman was great but no I wouldn’t recommend driving to another state to purchase a vehicle from this dealer.
