I've bought 6 cars from finnicum and have never had any problems from any. As far as customer service it's the only dealership I don't mind going to. They are always nice and don't push. They actually care about putting you in what you want and not about just "making the sell". Everyone I've ever dealt with has been friendly and helpful.
