I did a ton of shopping around when my wife and I were searching for our new Toyota Sienna. I called or stopped out to about 6 different Toyota dealerships, and the people at Kasper's were by far the frie searching for our new Toyota Sienna. I called or stopped out to about 6 different Toyota dealerships, and the people at Kasper's were by far the friendliest of all of them, from the first phone call I made to my first service appointment they have been top notch. When I called Brian took his time(about a half hour) to go over in great detail the vehicle so to make sure I was getting the right vehicle for my needs. After it was all said and done we ended up getting a better equipped vehicle and a lifetime warranty as well for the same deal as other dealerships. There was little to no haggling and back and forth games, when it came to numbers they were very straight forward with their pricing. When we came in to pick up our new sienna Brian went over every option of the vehicle and gave us a very detailed tour of the dealership and really made us feel at home. The vehicle was in immaculate condition the best car buying experience i have ever had. I strongly recommend Kasper Toyota and Brian Romell to any one who is looking to buy a Toyota, very top notch group! More

We have not bought a car since 1998 at a dealership. Our last experience at a different dealership was awful. This time we were pleasantly surprised that buying a car could be kind of fun. She met us where we were at in attitude and answered all of our questions. Additionally, she was amazing with our nine year old son. As a showroom shopper and former Toyota owner, I was interested in what the current line-up looked like, and what was the current state of the Certified Pre-Owned program which I had previously used to buy my first Toyota. Although I was a little disappointed in Toyota's styling, the dealership team was attentive and took the time to answer all my questions (and some criticisms, too). Bob King was my ideal car guy--knows the product, knows how to deal, but is willing to give the buyer some time to shop and consider without constantly trying to close the sale; I like a little space and it can be hard to find in a lot of high pressure dealerships who talk financing when you haven't even sat in a car yet. My son was taken by the Scion line but I need a people mover--the Sienna is a great vehicle (still) and the AWD offering is very attractive for a Clevelander. The dealership had a good inventory balance and selection. Although I'm not yet ready to buy (I really like the Volkswagen lineup and style a little bit more right now), I considered my experience at Kasper very favorably and would definately take the drive up Route 2 if this is the way I end up going. Les was very friendly and accommeting in helping me find my new car. He listened to what I was looking for in features. Les took the time to show me how to use all of the features and introduced me to the service department. I was called to see a specific car just in. The price was fair, model and milage was perfect and I wanted the car. The bank would not loan money based only on the year of the car. I had an excellent FICO score and half the cost in cash. The salesman arranged for Toyota financing immediately and I drove it off the lot fully insured. I was able to show it off to all my friends and they still are amazed at my great car. I have owned Toyotas since 1990. More
I was very satisfied with Les Booth as the sales person. I felt he went out of his way to accomidate my wife and myself. He went over everything about the car and if there was a question i needed a special I felt he went out of his way to accomidate my wife and myself. Going into a business deal as a first time customer of Kasper i felt i would be treated fairly and go away feeling good, this was not the case. Not only did the dealership not work with me, they based their pricing on "hear say" of things they thought were to come, not the actual facts. Its a poor way to do business and and leaves me as the customer feeling like ive been taken advantage of. Working in retail i always want my customers to walk away with a good feeling. I want them to feel like not only have they made a transaction with me, but they have done business with someone who they trust and can feel they can do business with again. More
