Since this was being ordered and bought using my discount as a Chrysler retiree, he made sure that I got the appropriate discount for the part. Amazing service from Joe in Jeep Service My 2018 electrics blew on my Jeep Wrangler. There was a problem with Chrysler’s end in making the new part. Not only did joe try everything possible to get it expedited he put me in a rental car (which was originally a Cherokee and then when we realised it was going to take longer changed it out for the first Jeep the rental company received back) He was always positive, kind, funny and called me “young lady”.
