I was greeted warmly by an employee nam I needed to pick up an accessory part for my sister's Jeep and this was my first trip into Firkins Parts Dept. Not only did joe try everything possible to get it expedited he put me in a rental car (which was originally a Cherokee and then when we realised it was going to take longer changed it out for the first Jeep the rental company received back) He was always positive, kind, funny and called me “young lady”.
