Car wouldn’t start. It was the battery. In and out quickly. Being from out of town I was a little concerned about where to take my vehicle when it stopped running. Make sure to inquire about the hours of operation, web site says service till 6, but the really close at 4. Other than that, was a fairly positive experience. More

Jeep Accessories I needed to pick up an accessory part for my sister's Jeep and this was my first trip into Firkins Parts Dept. I was greeted warmly by an employee nam I needed to pick up an accessory part for my sister's Jeep and this was my first trip into Firkins Parts Dept. I was greeted warmly by an employee named Miles who helped me get the part I needed ordered and he followed up with a call to let me know when it was in. Since this was being ordered and bought using my discount as a Chrysler retiree, he made sure that I got the appropriate discount for the part.
