Blower went out I called and left a message I was having an issue with the air conditioning on my 2017 jeep renegarde. About five minutes after I left the message Joe I called and left a message I was having an issue with the air conditioning on my 2017 jeep renegarde. About five minutes after I left the message Joe Murray called me back and made an appointment for the next day. I dropped the car off with Joe and went inside and waited for about an hour and a half. Joe had me come to the service desk and informed me the blower had gone out in the car and they would need to have one brought in and would arrive the next day. Joe gave me a piece of paper to rent a car free of charge. My car was fixed the next day and has been working great. The blower was covered under the warranty and I had to pay nothing. Probably the best service I've received from Firkins since taking my cars there. Joe was very informative and handled the situation very professionally. More

Wasn't too bad and met with my service representative not long after my scheduled appointment time. Went over the list of things wanting to be done on the vehicle (oil change, general inspection, tire rotation) before taking it back to the garage. Once finished he met with me and gave me feedback on my vehicles current performance and condition, everything seemed good for the moment but suggested at a later date to get some new sparkplugs due to my vehicles increasing mileage since they're becoming worn. Would definitely recommend him for future services! More

Liked the part that my car was brought to me (raining very hard) when it was done and I was ready to pick up. Liked the part where they had an umbrella and got me to the car all dry. The recommendations that were added to my visit to get done turned out to be legitimate and my car so far is running better. Will wait and see if it improves gas mileage as stated. Wish I remembered the guys with the umbrellas to give them recognition. More
