He did just that. On August 22, I purchased a 2016 Jeep Cherokee 4 x 4 that was guaranteed to be able to be flat towed behind my motorhome. Not knowing a lot about the newer Jeeps I didn’t know that the car that I just purchased was not capable of being towed behind my motorhome. Just a few hours after the purchase ( on my drive back home) I realized the mistake and contacted Brett to tell him that I was really upset and very unhappy. I told him that I was sold a car under false pretenses. He apologized, then asked me to bring the car back the next day and that he and Firkins would make it right. He didn’t get defensive, he didn’t try to give me excuses, he didn’t do anything but solve the problem. The next day, he rolled into action. By the end of the day I was committed to buying a brand new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. So here’s a customer, (Me) Who comes to a dealership to buy a used car, gets sold the wrong car, is really upset, comes back the next day and gets sold a new car. And then watch away happy. That is a sales professional!!! More
