Wasn't too bad and met with my service representative not long after my scheduled appointment time. Went over the list of things wanting to be done on the vehicle (oil change, general inspection, tire rotation) before taking it back to the garage. Once finished he met with me and gave me feedback on my vehicles current performance and condition, everything seemed good for the moment but suggested at a later date to get some new sparkplugs due to my vehicles increasing mileage since they're becoming worn. Would definitely recommend him for future services! More
Good customer service all around. Started with Joe Murray and all the way through the process. Was surprised to get a car rental, not at my expense when they had to keep m all around. Liked the part that my car was brought to me (raining very hard) when it was done and I was ready to pick up. Liked the part where they had an umbrella and got me to the car all dry. The recommendations that were added to my visit to get done turned out to be legitimate and my car so far is running better. Will wait and see if it improves gas mileage as stated. Wish I remembered the guys with the umbrellas to give them recognition. More
OK I have been thru 1 salesman and 3 service managers at Firkins...3 are gone. I do hope the newest service manager will be there for a while...I was ok with him. However, he came and saw me in the hour I was there { Oil Change} and mentioned that he had not seen any written information on the servicing of my differential ...I mentioned that , as this has been exclusively serviced at Firkins, they must have the records. He said he'd discuss this with me at checkout....that never happened as I got paged and paid my bill and went downstairs to find him at his booth. Not finding or seeing him, I left. I am only concerned with serving as Jeep recommends , so the differential conversation is a big question mark. Was it already done,,,is it a necessary service or what ? It is NOT on your servicing lists as you publish and send out. I am up in the air as to what truly needs to be done. Thank you More

I decided to go to a Dodge dealership in the area since they would have the knowledge and expertise to address this challenge. I decided and went to Firkins for my problem. Firkins really came through with their expertise to correct this ignition problem. Problem solved, I'm very pleased how this challenge was handled, especially since I'm a new customer. I would recommend anyone having a similar starting problem go to Firkins, they understand problem, it's not easy, but they will resolve. Hats off to Ken and Dave for their professionalism and expertise. More
