Some could be better Arriving for service to have my car looked at for brakes already making noise with only having a new car got 5 months was taken care of but I was unha Arriving for service to have my car looked at for brakes already making noise with only having a new car got 5 months was taken care of but I was unhappy and unimpressed with the loaner and employee I dealt with. I was put in a 2019 which smelled HORRIBLE of cigarette smoke and stained seats and dirty inside. The car was not cleaned and I did inform the guy that put me in it at the Payless building. He didn’t seem to concerned about it. If you’re going to put someone in a car it should at least be cleaned before the next uses it. If I wanted to I wouldn’t of even put my kids in that car due to health reasons and the nasty cigarettes. More

very happy ON arriving at the service center to take care of a small matter I met Joe Murray. He was very nice to deal with. They took care of the small matter and then took care of two recalls and then the big ones the radius arms and control arms were bad. Joe Murray took care of this with the warranty co at only my deductible charged to me. Very Happy More
