Professional service from a dealer that cares! This is the only Jeep dodge Chrysler dealer in the area that I would ever go to. I had visited Douglas Jeep in Venice and Sunset Jeep in Sarasota and This is the only Jeep dodge Chrysler dealer in the area that I would ever go to. I had visited Douglas Jeep in Venice and Sunset Jeep in Sarasota and neither took the time to help me with an issue I was having on a brand new Jeep for over 2 years. I should have came to this dealer first. Ron in service actually took the time to listen to the issues and contact Chrysler corporate to try to help us out. We ended up trading the vehicle in and purchasing a used vehicle from Firkins and their sales Manager Royce and sales person Dave were equally helpful, professional, and a pleasure to work with.
