If they can't even rotate tires correctly... When I purchased my Jeep Wrangler, I paid extra for upgraded wheels and larger tires. TWICE I've had the oil changed and "tires rotated"... the spare When I purchased my Jeep Wrangler, I paid extra for upgraded wheels and larger tires. TWICE I've had the oil changed and "tires rotated"... the spare tire (on the rear door) still has white ink marks running around the tread. Obviously, it has never been used as anything except a spare. Yesterday I specifically requested that ALL FIVE TIRES BE ROTATED (these tires are expensive and I would like them... ALL FIVE OF THEM... to wear evenly). But today... the ink is still on the tire. I have no way to know if the oil was actually changed or a new oil filter actually installed. But, it really doesn't matter... I never intend to return to the Firkins service department. More

New Ram 1500 with leaking tire Sent my 18 year old son (since he is the primary driver of the vehicle) to get the repair done to the rear tire that was slowly leaking. Was greeted well and although he did not go to the service rep that I suggested and normally deal with he was treated very well by Ron DeAtley. Turns out the tire was not repairable but was replace for free under our road hazard warranty. The whole process in and out was about an hour and a half. Great job guys!
