Very nice and comfortable service experience Met by Joe my service advisor...friendly welcome and I felt like he knew my vehicle (Jeep Rubicon). We spent a few minutes admiring it and discussing Met by Joe my service advisor...friendly welcome and I felt like he knew my vehicle (Jeep Rubicon). We spent a few minutes admiring it and discussing the service I was in for and he then pointed me to the waiting room...noting within I'd find coffee, water, beverages, donuts, breakfast treats, etc. Waiting area has all the common creature comforts like TV, Magazines, etc., and good wifi service. After service was complete I was called by name to the cashier, settled up (I have the Jeep Wave program so there was no charge) and I was on my way...and with a nice little Firkins key chain flashlight. What was even nicer was the follow up call I got later in the day asking how things went with my service. I've been on the buying and the service end in terms of Firkins experiences and both have been very enjoyable. Keep up the good work! More

Although after in the Finance Dept we thought $4000 for the 10 year bumper to bumper warranty was overpriced. Our first visit with service was a 4 hour wait to install 2 wind deflectors. That was not pleasant. They have a bit of work to do to improve the overall service experience. More
