Most dealers use a lure and bump technique to capitalize off buyers whereas Firkins stayed honest and true. I recommend this dealership! More

I waited an extra 40 minutes because I was in the restroom when paged. After waiting 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation I saw my car was ready and went to my service advisor who told me the car was finished some time ago.
