Called back and was put on hold for 5 minutes u till I actually spoke with a service advisor. Richard quickly scheduled me a appointment. He was extremely helpful and called and kept me informed on what was going on. More

Very knowledgable service center! I had been having problems with my UConnect thinking I was in Atlanta after moving to FL. This had been very annoying as I do not know where I am goin I had been having problems with my UConnect thinking I was in Atlanta after moving to FL. This had been very annoying as I do not know where I am going very often. Ron and the service team at this dealership were amazing! My jeep had been brought to another location several times to get the issue fixed but they seemed to not understand what was happening and ended up blaming the issue on my phone. Ron immediately know it was a problem with the system and probably just needed software updates. Sure enough I was missing 3 updates and now every time I start my jeep it knows exactly where I am. I will definitely be using this location for any future services required as they know what is going on with their vehicles and will not pawn the problem off on something that the customer is doing. More
