Collision repair I am a snowbird that resides in winter haven, fl for the winter. While returning to winter haven after visiting our son and his wife who live in Parr I am a snowbird that resides in winter haven, fl for the winter. While returning to winter haven after visiting our son and his wife who live in Parrish, fl, I hit a deer while returning. No injuries but the vehicle sustained major front end damage. Had the car towed back to Firkins dealership in Bradenton. I dealted with mike Davidson, collision center manager for for the repair. This occurred by phone because of the 80 mile distance to winter haven. Mike took care of everything and assured me that things would be done right. Mike did exactly what he said he would do. Returned all parts that didn’t fit or look good. Pressure tested the radiator and scanned all electronics with the motor. The car looks great, body shop employees did one great job. I am one happy New Yorker who was 1200 miles away from home with a large problem ,and dealing with strangers. I would recommend the firkins dealership to anyone. Long wait My appointment for an oil change & tire rotation was for 8:40 am. I checked in at approximately 8:25 am.
