The sales experience was overall grueling and it should have been rather simple since we had financing in place. The salesmen said that our information was in their system and then brought us the wrong car that was at a higher price point and in worse condition than the one we came to look at. Tried to tell us that the car we wanted was sold already. The sales manager made a tasteless comment; that my children would be safer in an accident if I bought their car. The sales representative and manager kept asking to run my credit and redo my loan through their lenders. Overall it took us over 6 hours to complete the deal and at every opportunity they tried to charge us more for our car. They didn’t even give us a good detail of the car we bought before we left that night, which is part of their dealership fee. They left us with less than a 1/4 tank of gas that we had to fill on our way home that night, and the sales representative tried to tell us that the low tire pressure was due to weather when the tire had less than 20 psi in it. They also conveniently left out a $500 referral off of the deal to the car. Overall the way the people that I interacted with appear to be nice, but are dishonest and sneaky to get every penny they can out of people. More

I had 2 trade ins and they gave me a fair value on both vehicles unlike other dealers. They had the best inventory and the best management/ sales team ive yet to experience in Florida... I had to drive 58 miles to get there from my home and it was worth it. I buy up to 3 cars every 2 to 3 years . More
