Air Suspension replacement pump on my 2011 Grand Cherokee Joe Murray has been great, but the air suspension pump on my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland has been replaced 3 times. During my first visit while Joe Murray has been great, but the air suspension pump on my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland has been replaced 3 times. During my first visit while testing the suspension it was overfilled with nitrogen to check for a suspected leak, and burst the right rear shock. Actually, it burst a line which was only discovered when the shock was being replaced resulting in another delay. I paid over $1200 for that repair. After about a month the pump started to blow fuses. I brought it in and you replaced the fuse for only $150. It blew 3 more fuses with me replacing them so I brought it in for another pump. On my last trip one of the pump valves was loose and it lost gas again. I can understand things happen in a shop, but if it wasn't for Joe's support I'd be looking somewhere else for service. More

I waited an extra 40 minutes because I was in the restroom when paged. After waiting 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation I saw my car was ready and went to my service advisor who told me the car was finished some time ago.
