Great service We brought two vehicles 2017 Chrysler 300S and 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan (original owners) For both oil changes and new rear brakes on Dodge. I started having transmisson problems. They fixed it. My aging but beloved 2006 convertible was having possibly 'killer' expensive transmission problems. They diagnosed the cost of EVERY problem facing th My aging but beloved 2006 convertible was having possibly 'killer' expensive transmission problems. They diagnosed the cost of EVERY problem facing the car, and could fix the trans for an accepable price. (Everything else was doable by me. ) I looked at the you tube do it yourself for the tran, and was not willing to do it at home without a lift for the savings (plus I would not be as expert at recognizing unanticipated tran problems that had not showed up on the diagnostic. All is well, and my lovely convertible is back! More

Another hassel After speaking with manager about previous visits I was informed Id be receiving wash& detail free with my next service. When booking the teller told me to mention it upon arrival instead of having it scheduled for me. When arrived asked my service man if he was manager said no. Mentioned to him the details. He continued questioning in disbelief. There was NO note on my profile as manager stated, unless dude didnt even look. Offered to still do it after, which I refused due to time it took just getting checked in. I have a schedule to maintain as well and waiting around for so many uncertainties every time I come here is not an option for my work. Wish I could get a straight answer and easy process once while coming here. If I knew this is how the service team was ran, I would of skipped the additional warrenties and do the oil changes myself. More
