My 1st time at Firkins this week completely changed my view on car dealerships and service. Everyone was pleasant nice and could not do enough for my daughter and I. I did not ask for special service or expedited service but that is what I got. Joe Murray took time to listen to what I said about the problems I believed with the van. He was supremely courteous, knowledgeable, quite genuine and friendly. I would like to also to thank the Tech Brian Trent great work. Joe noticed my daughter when I took her out of van and went out of his way to do everything he could for her and the quick repair of the van. He took care of the the extended warranty made sure everything was checked out and repaired properly. Prior to Coming to Ferkins with the these problems I had the Van checked out at the Wheelchair Van place and they could not find the problems or the source of the noise.
