I was quoted a price for a 2022 Dodge Ram 2500 Limited, by a salesman named Justin Langman, in writing on paper in black and white. I confirmed with the sales man Justin Langman over the phone, in what I b by a salesman named Justin Langman, in writing on paper in black and white. I confirmed with the sales man Justin Langman over the phone, in what I believe is simple English, " Is this the price of the vehicle that you will sell me this vehicle for"? I was told YES, by the salesman Justin Langman, on a couple of occasions for which I have a witness. Upon the order paperwork being being prepared the price was increased by $6,501. When I questioned these numbers,I was told by the showroom manager that vehicle cloud not be sold for that for such an amount. This is a clear case of deception. Get the customer in the showroom and screw him over on the price. Shame on this organization for permitting such. Stay tuned. More
