From the first phone call looking for the basic information, my salesman, Matthew Steel, was phenomenal. Zero pressure, super fast response, actually listened and provided me promptly with every bit of information I asked for. All with a very pleasant and jovial personality that was a pleasure to work with. Being 2 hours away I asked for some starting figures on our deal to avoid a wasted trip. Not only did they provide me the information, it was supplied quickly and in writing. I was well educated on both vehicles pricing and their direct pricing was spot on from first offer with a very generous and fair offer. I was greeted promptly upon arrival, taken directly to the vehicle discussed with no upsale switch pressure. It was clean and exactly, if not better, than advertised and photographed. The deal was made with zero stress and I was in financing to close the paperwork with no wait. My finance guy had 42 years experience and was the perfect fit. No pressuring me into additional purchases, but very informative and helpful on available products and warranties to help decide what if anything further was needed. We were done in a flash, very organized and professional. On leaving I was greeted by the Pre-owned director himself, Gino Finelli and thanked for my purchase. It was a nice touch. Now for service after the sale which is icing on a terrific cake! The next day I needed to activate my Sirius Gaurdian/radio and needed them to send a fax of the sale to Sirius so they could activate my account. My salesman had his first day off in a couple weeks, and normally would be the go to person to get what I needed. I received a call back within the hour from Mr. Finelli himself who stepped in to help get me what I needed! Simply outstanding service! If that's not enough, the day after that I realized I left a piece of personal property in my former vehicle. I called my salesman who immediately went and rechecked for me. He found it and let me know right away putting my mind at ease. There just isn't anything they could have done better, and no place else I will be shopping in the future.
